I delivered a 90 minutes lecture titled
"Himalayas and Structural Geology" at the
Kagawa Chuo High School (Takamatsu, Japan). The participants of the lecture session included eight students from the 10th grade and three teachers. The lecture focused on geology basics, the contributions of structural geologists to the society, my own research and its significance, and demonstrations of using the stereonet to plot structural data. Interacting with the students was a delightful and enriching experience and I am happy that the students loved it. Here's their
feedback.
